We offer purpose-built luxury lodges nestled on the banks of the River Bann and adjacent to forest in Northern Ireland. Each lodge is architect-designed and built to hotel-standards, yet offers the feel of a luxury forest retreat or glamping experience.

The property is at 22 Ballymacombs Road, Portglenone, County Antrim, BT44 8NQ.

We are on the banks of the River Bann and at the edge of woodland (Portglenone Forest) giving a forest-retreat atmosphere while being just a short walk to the village of Portglenone.

3. How many people do your lodges accommodate?

• Our Supreme Forest Lodge sleeps up to 2 adults + 2 children (or 3 adults) with 1 king bed + 1 sofa bed.

• Our Deluxe Riverview Lodge sleeps up to 4 adults + 2 children (or max 5 adults) with 1 king bed + 1 double + 1 sofa bed.

4. What amenities are included?

Every lodge features:

• Private hot-tub on the patio.

• Private patio with outdoor furniture.

• Fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, toaster, kettle, air-fryer in some) for self-catering.

• Free WiFi, central heating, premium materials and finishes.

No. Pets are not permitted on the property.

Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.

10. Is there parking?

Yes. Each lodge comes with its own dedicated parking space inside the gated complex. Free self-parking is included.

11. What if I want to stay just one night?

We welcome short-stay bookings. Please check our booking calendar for availability and pricing, especially during peak seasons.

12. What about cancellation / booking terms?

Pre-payment is required at time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable, but can be amended up to 14 days prior to arrival (check current terms on website).

13. Is the accommodation suitable for weddings or corporate groups?

Yes. While we are primarily designed for luxury lodge getaways, the location and facilities (forest/river setting, private lodges, natural environment) allow for small corporate retreats or wedding-guest stays.
